This Privacy Policy explains how Kick in the Ass Counseling (“KITA Counseling,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through our public website and marketing channels. This policy does not cover protected health information (PHI) generated or received during therapy sessions. PHI is governed separately by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to all clients at intake and available upon request.
