Therapy shouldn’t be a guessing game. I accept most major insurance plans through Headway, a platform that makes insurance coverage for mental health simple and transparent. Headway lets you see what your plan covers and makes scheduling a breeze.

If you don’t see your plan listed through Headway, don’t worry—you can still reach out! I also accept plans such as United Healthcare, UMR, and Optum, and we can figure out the best way to get you set up.
